HI THERE YOU!

My name is Lauren, a twenty-something pastry chef from Amsterdam. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu London in 2015, I soon realized all I wanted to do was create cake. After a huge Amsterdam cake adventure called Life of Pie Amsterdam, I have now landed in Barcelona where I run Casa de Pastel. 

In our Barcelona cake studio we make all kinds of cakes for events like birthdays, babyshowers, kids parties and off course.. weddings! We love to share the knowledge we have gathered over the years, so apart from liking our pictures and eating our cakes, you can follow one of our physical cake workshops or grow as a baker though our online pastry school.
